Subsidy for buying and maintaining a car
Hyundai Mobis members are entitled to a discount of up to 30 percent depending on their years of service in the company when they buy a new Hyundai or Kia car. Their car maintenance costs are also partially covered.

Our mentoring program helps new comers gain familiarity with how the organization works and feel more at ease at work.
Training to develop subject matter experts
Opportunities are also offered for new comers to become subject matter experts in the organization. They can also access training hosted by such experts both online and/or offline.
Learning clubs
New comers can choose areas of interest on their own (i.e. jobs, regions, industry sectors) and share knowledge. They can also access advice from outside experts and relevant books or other publications.
Up-skilling & Re-skilling
New comers can transfer to another job as part of their career development and will be so trained as to have better responsiveness to the changing environment.
Support for acquisition of qualifications
New comers can be reimbursed for their cost associated with acquiring qualifications in connection with their jobs, including classes, textbooks and test fees.
Smart learning & Learning Times
Training topics accessible to new comers include jobs, skills, leadership, language and book-learning. They can have flexibility in attending the training during business hours within the limit of 2 hours per week.
In-house startups
Any Mobis member can suggest a business, and if his/her idea is selected, he/she will have support in developing and eventually commercializing the idea.
